Primary Purpose:

Provide reception and clerical assistance for the efficient operation of the Administration office.  Will also be responsible for financial duties related to maintenance, transportation, and athletics.  Maintaining confidentiality is required.  

 

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

Required: High school diploma, GED, or recognized equivalent

Preferred: College coursework or degree

 

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Proficient keyboarding skills

Microsoft Excel proficiency

Ascender experience is preferred

Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow written instructions

 

 

Experience:

Minimum: One-year clerical experience in office setting
